About

About Vialist Log.

Vialist Log is a local-first iPhone app for tracking peptide, GLP-1 and TRT injections. It shows the syringe draw in units, does the reconstitution math, counts vials down, and keeps your data on your phone, with no account and no server.

Vialist records and converts the numbers you enter. It does not recommend a dose, and it is not medical advice. Use the dose your prescriber or provider gave you.

What Vialist is

Vialist is a log and a calculator for people who inject on a schedule. You enter the dose you and your provider decided on. Vialist shows the number of units to draw on the syringe first, with the mg, the mL and the syringe size beneath it, and keeps the record.

  • Reconstitution math: vial amount, water added and dose become the units to draw.
  • Vials counted down, with a runs-out forecast in Pro.
  • Titration steps, several doses a day, blends, nasal sprays, pens and oral doses.
  • A front and back body map for injection site rotation.
  • Local reminders, a Face ID or passcode lock, and a Hide names view.
  • CSV and JSON export, with JSON backups encrypted by a password you choose.
  • Pro adds a doctor report PDF, a home screen widget, Apple Health import (read only), advanced charts and printable vial labels with QR codes.

Who it is for

People who keep a log of injections: peptides, GLP-1 medicines and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It suits anyone who wants the unit math done and the vials counted, while the dose itself always comes from them and their prescriber or provider.

The privacy model

Vialist is local-first. There is no account system and no Vialist server for your log, so what you log stays on your iPhone. Apple's App Store privacy label for Vialist reads "Data Not Collected". There are no ad or analytics SDKs, reminders are local notifications, and backups are files you create and keep in your own iCloud Drive or Files. Apple Health access is read only. The full detail is in the privacy policy, and what "no account" and "Data Not Collected" mean is explained in plain language.

What Vialist does not do

  • It does not recommend or suggest a dose. You enter the dose, and Vialist does the unit math.
  • It has no account and no sign-in.
  • It has no server, so your log is not uploaded to or stored by Vialist.
  • It is not medical advice and does not replace a prescriber or a pharmacist.
  • It is not on Android yet. Android is planned.

Availability and pricing

Vialist is in TestFlight beta and awaiting its App Store release. You can join the beta. The core app is free, with up to 2 active protocols. Vialist Pro is $4.99 per month; $29.99 per year (about $2.49 a month), with a 7-day free trial; or $59.99 once, lifetime (US prices), and adds unlimited protocols, the runs-out forecast and order plan, the doctor report, the home screen widget, Apple Health import, advanced charts and printable vial labels. If Pro ends, logging and reminders keep working and your data is never locked. See the pricing section and the terms.

Free calculators and guides

This website has free reconstitution and syringe calculators that convert the numbers you type, and short guides on the arithmetic and the labels. They never suggest a dose. Start with the reconstitution calculator or browse the guides.
